DISTRIBUTION INFRASTRUCTURE

Our distribution network is extensive and far reaching which ensures complete coverage in all towns. Tidal has a robust distribution network comprising C&F/ CSAs across the country; with more than 800 stockists, and an estimated presence at 50000 retail chemists both in metros and Tier I/II/III towns. This ensures adequate product availability to every patient.

To service the distribution channel, we have installed an ERP driven logistics and billing system. All the warehouses, factory and distribution agents are connected through the ERP system. This ensures efficient stock monitoring, allowing the company to dynamically respond to customer needs. The company considers its stockists and CNFs as long term business partners; and schedules periodic visits to them to understand and address concerns.

NEW VISTAS

In the coming years, Tidal Healthcare aims to add newer products to its existing basket and consolidate its brand footprint in both acute and chronic therapy areas. We will continue to incorporate niche molecules, value added combinations and futuristic technologies into each of our products to give it that cutting edge.

While our focus will remain the domestic market, the company is open to opportunities of partnering for sale and distribution of its products in the Regulated and ROW markets. Long term plans include setting up multiple divisions and enhancing customer coverage- through both geographical & therapy area expansions.
